SHIPPING TIMES/DETAILS

  • We hope you agree that handmade jewelry is worth the wait! Please allow 2-3 business days after order is placed for in stock items to ship. All made to order items will ship within the following time frames: Personalized and Wedding Bands (3-4 weeks), Engagement Rings (approximately 4-6 weeks, and we will email with an exact time frame). Contact us directly for special orders or if you need something sooner and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • All domestic Ashley Schenkein Jewelry Design orders are shipped from our Denver, CO flagship store via USPS First Class(unless an expedited service has been chosen) and orders are fully insured

  • All orders require an adults signature unless prior authorization has been made and you accept liability.
