We are committed to ensuring your ASJD jewelry remains as stunning as the day you received it. If your piece needs repair, whether it's due to craftsmanship issues or simply well-loved wear and tear, we've got you covered.
FREE REPAIRS FOR ONE YEAR
For any craftsmanship issues or defects, we offer free repairs for up to 365 days from your purchase date.
LIFETIME REPAIRS
After the first year. we continue to support your jewelry with repairs for a nominal fee, ensuring your piece can be cherished for years to come.
HOW TO START YOUR REPAIR
Step 1: Contact us at hello@asjewelrydesign.com or 72o-663-0663. Include photos of your jewelry in your email to help us understand the repair needed.
Step 2: We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship your jewelry back to us. Please make sure to include the RA number in your package.
Step 3: Once we receive your jewelry, we'll assess its condition and inform you if there's a repair fee and, if so, the associated cost.
